A.G.S. has been working for years in Italy and abroad specialized in the production of soundproof booths both for civil and industrial purposes.

The proposed solutions guarantee the observance of the noise levels indicated in the applicable regulations and maximum customization. The A.G.S. technicians are always available to carry out intallations and provide specialized assistance wherever the machine is located, either in Italy or abroad.

The booths are developed to fulfill at best the market request in terms of noise reduction, with the target to guarantee the best performance possible. Every booth is designed carefully to guarantee the maximum noise reduction requested by the customer, always taking into account the applicable structural and safety regulations.

The technical department provides the customer with a complete project where all the relevant aspects have been studied: the structure of the booth, the choice of soundproofing material and the correct internal ventilation guaranteeing a customized made to measure solution for every need.

DUSTPROOF BOOTHS

A.G.S. produces dustproof booths which not only delimit the work area but also impede access of workers to dangerous machine areas, they are also designed to contain airborne dust and process residue leakage produced by the machine.
This helps to keep the work area clean and to protect the workers from inhaling dangerous dust particles.

The booths are usually made with self-supporting modular panels made of folded sheet metal.

The dustproof booths can be used in many work areas for materials such as wood and similar products, glass fiber, carbon fibers, and all materials which produce dangerous volatile residues.

The design of the dustproof booths is made in synergy with the customer, in order to produce a highly customized product based on the requirements of the customer respecting applicable safety regulations.

PERIMETER SAFTEY SYSTEMS

A.G.S. is the leader in the production of perimetal safety sytems studied to delimit the work area and impede the acess of workers to the dangerous areas.

The perimeter safety systems can be made with electro-welded net or with folded sheet metal, in this case the sheets also protect the workers from the outflow of splinters or machine parts which can be expelled during the work process.

The design of the perimeter safety system is made in synergy with the customer, to be able to produce a highly customized product based on the requiremnts of the customer respecting applicable safety regulations.

TELESCSOPIC COVERINGS

A.G.S. specializes in the manufacturing of industrial self-supporting telescopic booths, made of sections that slide into the other by using a special guiding system with an anti-derailment mechanism which allows the telescopic booth to open quickly and easily.

The benefits of these highly technological solutions affect the structural, mechanical, and aesthetic aspects. All the telescopic booths are designed and made following the customers’ requirements.

The A.G.S. technicians are always available to carry out intallations and provide specialized assistance wherever the machine is located, either in Italy or abroad.
